I placed a group order through Greek Gear and was a little nervous opening the box because there were a bunch of items to check. For the most part, everything looked good, the names were right and most of the order matched what we picked. The only issue was that one item came in the wrong color, which was frustrating since it was meant for someone in the group. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but it did add a little hassle. I’d probably order from them again, but next time I’d go through everything right away just to make sure it’s all correct.

I’m disappointed with my order. What I expected based on the site wasn’t really what I ended up getting, so the whole thing kind of felt like a bait and switch. It was frustrating and definitely not worth the hassle. I expected better and probably won’t be ordering from here again.

I went in thinking it would be a quick order, kind of excited to get it done, but the website made it such a hassle. Pages were loading super slowly, the filters kept giving me weird results, and every time I got close to checking out, it sent me backward again. At first I thought maybe it was just my connection, then I got annoyed, then I was basically laughing out of frustration. After about 20 minutes, I just gave up. For a basic shopping site, it really shouldn’t be this hard.

They had some good choices, just not quite as much variety as I was hoping for. I remember standing there trying to decide and noticing one shelf tag was slightly upside down, which was oddly distracting. Overall, not bad, but it could definitely use a few more options.

I placed a bulk order for a family get-together my sister was helping me plan, and it was a mess. Things weren’t handled smoothly, and it ended up being more stressful than it should’ve been...

The shirt looked good when I first opened it, so I thought it was going to be better than it ended up being. The fabric felt a bit thinner than I expected, and one of the seams was kind of messy. It still works fine to wear, so I can’t say it’s bad, but for some reason that stitching made the whole shirt feel less nice. Overall it’s okay, just not amazing.

I tried it out, but it just doesn't feel worth the price. For what you get, it's actually way too expensive.

I’m still waiting on my order after two weeks, so the shipping has been kinda frustrating.

I tried to return it and get an exchange, but it just turned into a mess. You expect the process to be simple, but I never ended up getting my exchange.

I ordered this around the beginning of the month, I think maybe the 3rd or 4th, and it ended up arriving much later than I was expecting. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I never really knew where it was or when it would actually show up. Frustrating overall.

I ordered my usual size, but it was way too small. I kept trying to be patient with it and convince myself maybe it would work, but i shouldn’t have to struggle that much just to get something that fits.

I ordered a hoodie with our chapter name on it and I was careful picking the colors from the preview because I wanted it to match what we had in mind, so I was kind of disappointed when it arrived and didn’t look the same.

The lettering was a different shade than what I picked and the placement seemed lower than it showed online, it’s not like the hoodie is unusable or anything because I can still wear it, but it definitely wasn’t what I thought I was paying for.

Shipping was fine and it got here in a reasonable amount of time, but the customization really should’ve been checked better before it was sent out because that was the whole point of the order

Well... it took a bit longer than I expected to hear back from support, but once they did reply, they were helpful and got things sorted out for me.

I ordered a sweatshirt because the design looked really cute online, but when it arrived, it just didn’t have the same clean look. The colors felt a little different from the preview, and the placement seemed slightly crooked, which was frustrating because I was already feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to deal with a disappointing order.

The embroidery bothered me the most. There were some loose threads, and a few of the letters looked uneven when I looked at it up close. I can still wear it, but for the price, I expected it to feel more polished. Shipping was fine, but overall I’m just disappointed with the quality.

After I placed my order, I didn’t really hear anything unless I reached out first. I had to keep asking for updates, which got a bit frustrating. If you’re not in a rush, it might not bother you much, but I would’ve appreciated clearer communication along the way...
